To celebrate and share the latest news in urology, the AUA will host its virtual press program September 10-13 for members of the media to highlight newsworthy abstracts accepted for the 2021 AUA Annual Meeting and published as a supplement to the August 2021 issue of The Journal of Urology®.
Media Access
The virtual press program is open to credentialed members of the media, including freelance journalists or journalists employed by consumer newspapers/magazines, medical journals, news organizations, online/digital outlets or trade publications.
All journalists wishing to attend our press program must complete the virtual press registration form and agree to adhere to the AUA's embargo policy.
Press Program Format
The press event will include moderated media briefings featuring in-depth presentations by abstract authors and the opportunity for a Q&A. All sessions will be presented live via a virtual format and recorded for post-event viewing. To assist with coverage, additional follow-up interview opportunities with authors will be available through AUA Communications.
