Exhibitor Badge Policy

  1. Exhibitors are entitled to five badges per 100 ft 2 of exhibit space. Exhibitor badges allow admission to non-ticketed educational sessions (e.g. the Plenary, Poster, Podium and Video sessions). Tickets for other sessions can be purchased online at the time of registration; exclusions include hands-on courses. Attendees have first access to educational sessions.
  2. Each exhibitor is entitled to one free reprint of his or her badge (due to lost badge; not due to name changes, misspellings, etc.).
  3. After the free reprint, exhibitors can purchase one additional badge reprint for $150 Exhibitors can purchase up to five badges over their allotment for $150 per badge. Badges over the additional five will be charged at the rate of $680 per badge.
  4. Exhibitors sponsoring Science & Technology Hall educational events such as Industry Clinical Update Theater programs, Skills Workshops, Skills Challenge, and any other non-CME educational sessions, or those supporting AUA HO courses, will be allotted an additional ten badges.
  5. ExpoSuites are entitled to 10 exhibit badges for the 200 ft 2 size and 20 badges for the 400 ft 2 size.
