Attending AUA2021 with your family?
AUA2021 is family friendly! We are parents too, and we know what it's like to need childcare and other parenting resources especially when you're away from home. Here's what the AUA is offering in Las Vegas, NV:
Meeting Access for Children under 18
Everyone who attends AUA2021 must be registered and have a badge. Badges for children are complimentary and available onsite at the registration desk. Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times and will have access to AUA2021 sessions. Guardians are asked to help maintain a professional, disturbance-free session environment. In the interest of safety and injury prevention, children and infants under 18 years of age will not be permitted in the exhibit hall.
AUA2021 will once again offer CampAUA, a program exclusively designed for guests and family members of registered AUA2021 attendees. Services provided by ACCENT on Children's Arrangements offer a safe and fun environment for children 6 months to 12 years old. Activities include crafts, Wii, story time, and of course quiet time. Special COVID-19 safety precautions and distancing will be strongly enforced
Hours of operation are Friday, September 10 through Monday, September 13 from 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Please register here for childcare services. Advanced registration is recommended for safety planning and space limitations.
